FF100-1是专门为小型面板铜电镀、贵金属电镀而设计的电镀机，提供高均匀性的镀层，满足不同封装领域的要求。由于其模块化结构，客户可以根据应用领域定制电镀机所需的所有组件。该平台包含前处理、电镀、金属回收、后处理等工艺槽体，可以容纳任何方形尺寸硬质基材，尺寸到50mm*50mm-300mm*300mm。
